Cook to lead Colliers’ Manchester team
Dominic Pozzoni focus will be on leading the agency’s national offices team as he passes on the title of head of Manchester to Jonathan Cook.
Cook joined Colliers in 2024 from CBRE and has more than a decade of experience in property.
John Munday, chief executive for the UK at Colliers, said Cook’s appointment was part of the company’s commitment to Manchester, where it currently has a team of more than 80.
“In order to continue to evolve, Colliers needs to be a connected, collaborative business that brings together the strength of our teams across the UK and ensures every office has a clear voice in shaping our future direction,” Munday said.
“Manchester is a hugely important part of that vision, strong local leadership is critical as we grow,” he continued.
“This change also enables Dominic to dedicate his full attention to his role as head of national offices, where he continues to play a critical role in shaping our national strategy. Having dedicated leadership across both areas will allow us to maintain momentum and continue delivering for our clients and our people.”
For his part, Cook said he was excited by the new role.
“Having spent my career in the city, I’ve seen first-hand how Manchester has evolved into one of the UK’s most important business and property markets,” he said.
“It’s a city with a huge amount of energy, ambition and opportunity, and Colliers has built a fantastic reputation here over many years,” he continued.

Notable deals from the Colliers Manchester team include the marketing of the 94,600 sq ft Peter House in Manchester and sale of the 330,000 sq ft Wigan Asda distribution centre to Prime Box.
