Reproductive Health completes Warrington IVF clinic
Fit-out firm Overbury has handed over a new £950,000 IVF clinic in Daresbury Park, Warrington to its client, the Reproductive Health Group, ready for opening in January.
The 13,000 sq ft project, designed by Lovelock Mitchell Architects, saw Overbury act as principal contractor and deliver the scheme in 13 weeks. The clinic is at CDP Marshall's Cinnabar Court. Knight Frank advised CDP Marshall.
Technical works to the building included mechanical and electrical co-ordination, installation of all heating and ventilation facilities as well as solar panels, a new generator and power back up. In addition, all electrical systems were upgraded to increase their power capability.
The brief also saw Overbury's specialist team develop the reception area, public waiting rooms, administration offices, general office space and a number of consulting rooms. All clean rooms, laboratories and embryology departments were fitted out under Overbury's supervision by Clean Room Construction.
