Occupier found for vacant Chester Revs
Co.Co Chester will run the 6,500 sq ft former bar as a private hire venue.
Co.Co, which also has a site on Castle Street in Liverpool, has signed a 10-year lease.
The unit was previously occupied by Revolution, which closed down last summer. Co.Co intends to open its doors in November once the fit-out concludes.
Joe Mcmahon, founder of Co.Co Chester, added: “The former Revolution on Foregate Street is set to be transformed into Chester’s first premier private hire venue, catering for all occasions 7 days a week. We can’t wait to show Chester what we have planned.”
Legat Owen advised the landlord of 106-110 Foregate Street in Chester city centre on the deal.
