Mirastar reaches PC with Speke sheds
Practical completion has been achieved at the developer’s Air 66 and Air 84 buildings, representing 152,285 sq ft of new logistics space.
Savills and B8 Real Estate are joint agents for the project.
Both buildings include two-storey office and amenity space. Both units benefit from EPC A and BREEAM Excellent status, EV charging points, 24-hour access and secure private yards.
The development sits within a well-established commercial centre in South Liverpool within immediate proximity of Liverpool John Lennon Airport and the Port of Garston. Occupiers in the area include Johnson Controls, Sequiris, Glaxo Smith Kline, and DHL.
