There is absolutely no doubt that the property industry knows how to party, with hundreds of built environment professionals taking over the AO Arena in Manchester for a high-octane celebration of the Northern development scene.
Without long-winded speeches or a fussy dress code, Place Party let the industry unwind as they enjoyed a three-course dinner, live music, and a DJ set filled with throwback favourites. For the competitive amongst the crowd, there was air hockey and darts where attendees could put their skills to the test.
BTG Eddisons was the headline partner the glamorous event, which was also supported by partners GIA, Kuits, and Curtins.
Continuing its legacy as a trailblazer in industry socials, Place Party was the first property event to be hosted at the AO Arena and the evening definitely merited such a spectacular location.

This includes the Greater Manchester Real Estate Summit on 16 September, a full-day conference that will bring together the city region leaders to debate and discuss the most important development, investment, and regeneration decisions. Following Greater Manchester Real Estate Summit will be the Greater Manchester Property Dinner, which will take its cues from Place Party in delivering a night that will move beyond formal presentations to build the relationships behind future deals, partnerships and projects.
