MIPIM | Partners sign up for MIPIM 2026 with Place
Hodder + Partners, Caddick, and Tritax Big Box Developments are among the companies on board for the 2026 edition of the international property expo in Cannes.
After launching our MIPIM 2026 offering in May, Place North has seen several of its 2025 delegation recommit as well as welcoming new organisations on board.
Place North has partnered with MIPIM organiser RX Global to spotlight the North of England in 2026 and next year, for the first time, all of Place’s packages will include discounted tickets to the show.
Like this year, which saw Place take 58 organisations to Cannes, our 2026 offering provides opportunities for local authorities and their joint venture partners in the private sector to elevate themselves at the global property convention and showcase what the North has to offer.
Not content to rest on our laurels after a successful 2025, we have launched an enhanced offering for 2026 that will provide more content, more value, and more opportunities to shout about and grow your business.
While Place will be repeating its popular Monday arrival drinks and Wednesday morning briefing for a third consecutive year, with the latter bringing together high-profile speakers to discuss the biggest issues of the day, there is also plenty of new content on offer.

What’s new for 2026?
International investor breakfast
Sick of bumping into the same people over and over again? This event will give local authority and developer partners the chance to make new connections and meet the people armed with the capital to make their visions a reality.
This event will take place on Tuesday 10 March 2026.
Industrial and logistics breakfast conference
We heard from you that MIPIM 2025 was lacking in industrial and logistics content. That’s why, in 2026, Place North will be hosting an I&L breakfast conference that will explore the issues and opportunities facing this vital sector.
Tritax Big Box Developments and Caddick will sponsor this event, which will take place on Thursday 12 March 2026.
