McGoff-backed capital advisory firm launches

Hive Capital Advisory has already arranged a combined £31m of debt and equity deals for clients since its inception.

Backed by McGoff Group, Hive is headed up by Nick White, who has been McGoff’s project finance manager since January.

Hive will provide real estate finance advice to residential developers across the UK, particularly those involved in build-to-rent, care homes, and retirement living.
