Livingcity launches cleaning service
Manchester-based property manager The Livingcity Group has launched a new division offering cleaning services aimed at developers and letting agents across the North West.
The team working for the TLCbyLc division will provide a range of tailored products from lease end and domestic contract cleans, to large scale residential and commercial projects and one off briefs.
Livingcity said the principle aim of the launch is to further enhance and build on its core services, which encompass management strategy, services implementation, accounting and administration.
The new division is being managed on a day-to-day basis by Alex Titherington, who joined Livingcity in January and will report directly to group operations director Nikki White.
White said: "Over the last year or so, we have noticed a sharp rise in demand from our clients who are looking for a high quality cleaning service they can really trust. We all know the property market has been tough so agents, developers and investors don't need the hassle of chasing and managing unreliable cleaning providers. We are proud of Livingcity's reputation in the marketplace and we are confident TLCbyLc will add value and become an intrinsic part of the parent business."
