UKREiiF starts in two weeks. Are you ready?

It is easy to get lost in the crowd of more than 16,000 property professionals who will flood into Leeds’ Royal Armouries in a matter of days. Place will help you attend with purpose, putting you in the room with the likes of Liverpool City Council, South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority, CBRE, Socius, MADE Partnership, Tritax, Peel Land, and more.

Place’s UKREiiF packages can be catered to the wants and needs of your business. The base level includes tickets to our invite-only breakfasts on Tuesday and Wednesday and our Tuesday drinks reception, two places on the Greater Manchester Wellbeing Run, advertising, and thought leadership opportunities. Partnerships start at £2,500.

How to get involved with Place at UKREiiF

There are around 250 key property professionals signed up to attend each of our events during UKREiiF events. They work across the industry, from developers to architects to planners to contractors to engineers. The public sector will be there in full force too, with attendees including directors of place and councillors from authorities across the North.

UKREiiF Breakfast | Delivering in uncertain times

Fresh from the May elections, this panel discussion will look into what’s next for the property sector. Expect to deliberate on Reform’s impact and the potential repercussions of the voting aftermath.

Our industry waits for no one, though, and one thing is certain: we will keep building. So how do we deliver on the country’s big ambitions? What are the big themes that will dominate the real estate landscape? And how do we bridge the gap between what politicians say they want and what actually needs doing?

We’ll look at those topics to weigh in on how the industry should be navigating the next few years.

Confirmed speakers:

  • Rob Loughenbury, managing director of Lexington North
  • Rhian Davitt-Jones, director at CBRE
  • Sebastian Tibenham, executive director of planning at Pegasus
  • More speakers to be announced

This event is sponsored by BrabnersArbTechOnward Homes, LCB, and Pegasus Group.
