Leonard Curtis takes 10,000 sq ft at Eden
The financial services outfit joins BDO and TLT in ECF’s 12-storey Salford office building off Irwell Street.
Leonard Curtis is relocating from around 5,000 sq ft in Riverside House, which sits just yards away from the 115,000 sq ft Eden.
The company said it had outgrown its former base, with the Eden office on the building’s seventh floor being double the size of Leonard Curtis’s current Riverside House home. The firm is aiming to move in before the end of the year.
“This move marks an important step for us,” said Leonard Curtis chief executive Dan Booth. “While the additional space is important, this is really about creating an environment that reflects the business we are building. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we want to create an environment where they can do their best work and continue to develop.”
Hilary Pascoe, a director who leads the firm’s Manchester office, added: “Manchester is a key market for us and we work closely with business owners, management teams, and professional advisers across the region – Eden gives us a larger, more flexible base to do that, while keeping us at the heart of the professional community in New Bailey.”

Eden was developed by ECF, the consortium made up of Homes England, Muse, and Legal & General.
The building boasts an eye-catching green wall that is reportedly the largest of its kind in Europe. It has a 5.5 NABERS UK Design Reviewed Target rating and cost £36m to deliver.

Eden completed in early 2024 when the top two floors had already been snapped up by law firm TLT. BDO followed in behind them, taking 23,000 sq ft across three floors.
ECF is also offering 5,400 sq ft of fully fitted space to potential tenants. The Leonard Curtis deal will provide a fillip for the office block’s retained agents OBI and JLL. It represents the first space to be let at Eden for nearly three years.
Laura Percy, development director at Muse, described the deal a “a positive step forward in Eden’s journey,” adding that it “shows that businesses are still prioritising work environments that place people and their wellbeing at the heart of the office experience.”
