Kinver Capital acquires six-acre Liverpool industrial
Let to recycling business Centriforce, Errington Works is located off Derby Road, two miles north of the city centre.
Kinver Capital has bought the six-acre open storage scheme, which also features 58,000 sq ft of indoor industrial accommodation, as part of an ongoing foray into the IOS sector.
Kinver holds similar assets across the country including in Semthwick, Bristol, Harlow, and Stoke.
Centriforce has called Errington Works home for more than 25 years. The purchase price was undisclosed.
Fisher German advised Kinver, set up in September 2021 by Tom Webb, who previously worked at Bridges Fund Management, CBRE, and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Keppie Massey acted for the private client vendor. Womble Bond Dickson provided legal advice to the purchaser and Excello Law advised the vendor.
