Get ahead of 2026 with Place’s latest event calendar

Our conferences provide you the market intel you need and the high-quality networking that drives your business forward. Start the new year off right by getting these key dates in your diary.

Place North knows the importance of bringing property professionals together. Our respected position within the market and quality-first ethos have established our events as trusted forums to forge new connections and build business relationships for nearly 20 years.

In 2026, we are introducing a City Living Summit on 30 April. This morning conference will explore what the residential markets of Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, and Newcastle will look like in the future.

Other new events include a MIPIM Investor Breakfast on 10 March, a MIPIM Industrial & Logistics Breakfast on 12 March, a UKREiiF Tuesday Breakfast on 19 May, and the Greater Manchester Wellbeing Run & Walk on 21 May.

You will also see the return of Place classics, including the Greater Manchester Development Update on 3 September, as well as new favourites like Revitalising Our Town & City Centres on 24 September.

Discount tickets are available for those who work at local authorities and registered providers.

Want to drive the conversation? Sponsorship opportunities are still available for 2026, offering progressive organisations a chance to establish and reaffirm their expertise and grow their business.
