CDP to launch small business JV
Simon Marshall's development company Marshall CDP and serviced office provider United Business Centres are to launch a joint venture small business centre at Cinnabar Court within Daresbury Park, Warrington.
The business centre will launch on 1 October and is UBC's second site in Warrington, following the opening of a business centre at Gemini Business Park.
The firm now has four business centres in the North West, which includes those at Liverpool John Lennon Airport and in Howarth Court on Oldham Broadway Business Park.
The business centre at Cinnabar Court, located at junction 11 of the M56 motorway, is UBC's first to open since 2008, marking the start of its next phase of growth.
Jane Erasmus, regional sales director for United Business Centres, said: "The convenience of the transport links, combined with the high spec finish will make it an attractive proposition."
Marshall, owner of Marshall CDP, added: "We invested in Cinnabar Court at Daresbury Park because it's one of the best business park locations in the North West – modern, convenient and extremely popular. It will make a great office space for the right business. We're delighted to be working with UBC because they know the market, they know the area and they attract high calibre clients very quickly. Their impressive service proposition also has a real pull for prospective businesses, which makes me confident that the venture will be a resounding success."
United Business Centres also has centres in Cramlington, Chadderton, Wakefield, Stafford, Birmingham, Telford, Bromsgrove, Cirencester and Fleet.
The business centres provide office space on flexible terms, hot-desking and meeting and conference facilities.
