Arne to make bricks-and-mortar debut at Liverpool ONE
The online clothing and footwear brand will open a 6,750 sq ft store at Peter’s Lane in July, following earlier pop-ups in the city with its first permanent location.
Arne said that in line with its previous offerings “the décor will echo ARNE’s clean aesthetic, complete with simple steel walls, mirrors, and marble”.
From the viewpoint of landlord Landsec – which completed its £490m acquisition of Liverpool ONE in December – the deal highlights its readiness to welcome up-and-coming operators alongside its roster of global players.
Rob Deacon, asset management director at Liverpool ONE for Landsec, said: “As the biggest year of openings since Liverpool ONE first launched in 2008, 2025 has many firsts in store for us.
“ARNE’s debut permanent store is certainly an exciting first, and one of several brands to put their confidence in us time-and-time again, coming as a direct response to the strength of partnership we have cultivated.
“ARNE’s pop-up to permanent trajectory paints a picture of Liverpool ONE’s ongoing commitment to adding best-in-class brands to its line-up and is an example of the demand for the best spaces in the UK’s top destinations from digital natives that are looking to expand.”
Ryan and Reece Broadhurst, co-founders of ARNE, added: “It’s been over a two-year process as we waited out for the perfect location and perfect store, somewhere we want the brand to be positioned for decades to come. The first was always Liverpool. The city closest to our home, the city that helped us grow the most, especially in those all-important early days.
“Our most successful pop-up stores were in Liverpool with by far the biggest queues, and we can’t wait to bring our Mens, Womens, Footwear collections, and ARNE Bites permanently to Peters Lane in Liverpool ONE.”
The news follows the recent announcement that luxury Swiss watchmaker Breitling has made its city debut on Paradise Street.
Metis and CBRE acted for Liverpool ONE. FitzGerald Property Consultants acted for ARNE.

Good stuff, this will add to the immininent openings of Sephora and Uniqlo, wonder if we can get Itsu back and interested after they were messed around by the City planners last year.
The new owners,Landsec, would do well to get hold of the old Police HQ site as there is potential there for new hotels, retail, and leisure.
