Alliance buys Wigan industrial estate

Manchester-based developer Property Alliance Group has acquired Enfield Industrial Estate in Wigan from the Medical Research Council for an undisclosed sum.

The group plans to redevelop the 142,400 sq ft site on Enfield Street into six units to rent or buy ranging from 4,875 sq ft to 51,370 sq ft.

Littler & Associates and CB Richard Ellis are joint letting agents.
