TSG recruits Jill Brown

Jill Brown, experienced Manchester office agent formerly with GVA and Gladman, has joined TSG Property Consultants.

Brown worked with GVA for 16 years until 2005 and then spent three years at Cheshire-based developer Gladman.

Trevor Sloan, director of TSG, said: "Jill brings experience and maturity, together with her legendary tenacious approach, to complement the TSG team. Having worked both as an agent, and on the client side, she has an unrivalled perspective on the market, and is well placed to utilise her experience."

TSG Property Consultants now employs five people, based in Royal Exchange. The practice was formed earlier this year by former Jones Lang LaSalle colleagues Trevor Sloan and Andrew Gardiner.

TSG is currently dealing with over 420,000 sq ft of instructions across the North West. Clients include Prupim, Highcross, United Utilities, Regus, and the Christie NHS Trust.
