Three new starters at Pegasus

The Manchester office of Pegasus Group has welcomed Marc Watterson as associate planner, Hollie Bryant as principal planner and Rebecca Dennis as senior planner.

Watterson joined from IBI Group and is currently chairman of the RTPI NW and will be speaking at tonight's RTPI NW dinner. He has experience across a wide range of private and public sector development projects.

Bryant moved from Pegasus's Bristol office and has a track record of delivering permission for major housing developers including Barratt Homes.

Dennis joined from AEW Architects and has a commercial background having previously worked on McDonalds' development portfolio and worked with Barwood Developments and St Modwen.

Seb Tibenham, director, said: "We're delighted to bolster the team in Manchester so considerably in a short timeframe. It takes us to seven planners, which allows us to reaffirm our commitment to our existing clients, embrace new opportunities in the North West and support our eight offices across England, including our new office in London."
