Three deals at Admiral Court
Three companies have taken a total of 18,000 sq ft at Admiral Court in Cheshire Business Park, Northwich, being speculatively developed by Marshall CDP.
Baluff Engineering is relocating from previous premises at Cheadle Royal Business Park and has bought a 7,000 sq ft building. K&L Freight, which already owns a 3,000 sq ft building on the site, has purchased a further 5,000 sq ft as part of its expansion plan. Quoting freehold prices on the scheme are £145/sq ft.
The final 6,000 sq ft building has been let to Seatriever, which is relocating from Mallory Yard in Mobberley, Cheshire. The company agreed a 10-year lease at a rent of £14.50/sq ft.
Admiral Court comprises of 11 units. The scheme is also home to Dechra Pharmaceuticals, ITC Consulting, KBC Advanced Technologies and CommsCare.
Jonathan Baucher, associate at Cushman & Wakefield, said: "With the final building in solicitors hands, we are now looking at speculatively developing the next phase of office development on the scheme as well as introducing some complimentary retail and leisure uses."
