Social Public Relations rebrands to Social Communications

Property PR and planning consultation agency Social Public Relations has rebranded as Social Communications to reflect the company's full service offer.

The Sale-based agency, which was founded by John Quinton-Barber and Caty Cartwright in March 2013, made the decision to rebrand as it expanded its services to include dedicated teams for consultation, corporate and property PR and design.

Social Communications now employs seven members of staff and is providing PR, planning consultation and creative services to more than 10 clients including Tesco, Places for People, Bruntwood, Marshalls, Peel Environmental and West Register (Property Investment).

John Quinton-Barber, managing director of Social Communications, said: "We're really proud about what we have achieved in the past 18 months. Our work supporting a number of major brands with their planning application consultation and corporate communications has enabled us to naturally evolve our offer and create a more established brand in Social Communications."

Social Communications will continue to work across the housing, energy, retail and leisure sectors and will operate across the UK.

Quinton-Barber continued: "We genuinely believe that ours is a niche offer which has already been recognised as reinventing the way developers work with local communities. This is an exciting time in our short history and we're looking forward to continuing to grow in the coming years."

The agency has launched a new-look website to showcase its skills and expertise using animated film, integrated social media and more.
