Krypton Properties has sold a 5,544 sq ft industrial unit in Woolfold Industrial Estate, off Stuart Street for £375,000 to a private investor.
Nolan Redshaw acted for Krypton.
In a separate deal, Excel Furniture has taken an 8,964 sq ft warehouse unit in Goodlad Street on a new five-year lease.
Nolan Redshaw acted for the undisclosed landlord.
