LSH markets EP Runcorn site

Lambert Smith Hampton's industrial team has been instructed by English Partnerships to sell the final development plot at Manor Park in Runcorn.

The two-acre site, known as Manor Park 2.3, is available to buy for £490,000 and interest is invited from occupiers or developers.

Meanwhile, LSH has also been instructed by Seddon Estates to market Unit B, Link 580 on Moorside Road in Swinton, Greater Manchester. Space from 1,782 sq ft to 8,064 sq ft is available at £6/sq ft.
