Langtree appoints agents on latest Wellington phase

Langtree has appointed Keppie Massie and GVA Grimley to market the third phase of its Wellington Employment Park South in north Liverpool.
Called LFIVE, the latest phase on Half Crown Street consists of 24,000 sq ft of self-contained industrial space with first floor offices and is due to be completed in December 2008.
Quoting prices are £6/sq ft for rental and £80/sq ft for the long leasehold.
Langtree also announced two further lettings in phase two; Signorama and Fashion Finder have taken units, leaving only five of the original 20 available, ranging between 1,440 and 8,423 sq ft.
