Kelly leaves Zerum for Muse

Richard Kelly has joined the developer as North West project director, bringing with him 20 years of experience in the industry.

Kelly was formerly a project director at Zerum, where he worked most notably on Relentless’s £400m St Michael’s scheme in Manchester. Prior to Zerum, he had worked for Goodwin Construction Group, Select Property, and Mace.

As North West project director at Muse, Kelly will focus on the placemaker’s town centre regeneration plans across the region. This includes supporting the delivery of projects in Oldham, Prestwich, and Crewe.

Kelly shared what attracted him to his new role: “Muse is amongst the industry leaders, working in partnership to deliver outstanding new places across the country.

“Joining the team in the North West is an opportunity to have a real impact on communities, support the continued growth of the business, and work with an outstanding team,” Kelly concluded.

Muse director of project management in the North West, Stuart Rogers, welcomed Kelly to the team.

“Richard brings a wealth of placemaking experience to our team and will play a key role supporting our pipeline of new places and town centre regeneration, delivering genuine social value for communities across the region,” Rogers said.

“With a strong team, pipeline, and balance sheet, Muse continues to go from strength to strength in the North West.”
