Firstsource signs at Birchwood office park

The office agency team at JLL has let 12,000 sq ft in Cinnamon Park, Warrington, on behalf of landlord JSSH, a holding company for Seddon.

Business process outsourcing firm Firstsource has agreed a five-year lease across two floors of 3 Cinnamon Park, which sits within an 80,000 sq ft office development in Birchwood.

The deal sees Firstsource join occupiers including Novus, Expedia, Datel and serviced office provider Regus.

Richard Wharton, office agency director at JLL in Manchester, said: “As the scarcity of high quality schemes continues in the North West, developments like Cinnamon Park have a big advantage. The scheme’s location and well-maintained space and good on-site parking has led to strong popularity and of the park’s 80,000 sq ft of accommodation, only 15,000 sq ft remains.”
