Trearddur Bay hotel for sale
Offers in excess of £1.5m are being sought for the Seacroft Hotel in Anglesey, North Wales, which is being marketed by the North West office of Colliers International.
The two-storey pub and restaurant with six en-suite letting bedrooms, outside drinking area and 24 car parking spaces enjoys all-year round trade in the popular holiday resort of Trearddur Bay.
The building in Ravenspoint Road has been extensively refurbished and renovated and is achieving a turnover of more than £1m a year with consistent annual growth.
The Seacroft Hotel was awarded Best Pub 2012 and 2013 by the Anglesey Tourism Association and best place to stay in the pub category of the Association's 2013 awards.
Colin Siebert, director of licensed and leisure at the North West office of Colliers International in Manchester, has been instructed to sell the Seacroft Hotel by its current owners who are investing heavily in their other business interests in the area.
