      Be part of something exceptional.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, delivering some of the UK’s most significant and technically complex projects. Based in Liverpool, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to take ownership of major schemes and further develop their career within a high-performing cost management team.

      The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in leading and managing projects from inception to completion. You’ll work across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, education, research, industrial, and public realm developments — partnering with blue-chip clients, major sporting organisations, and innovative R&D leaders.

      Your responsibilities will include:

      • Leading all aspects of cost management through all project stages
      • Managing multiple large-scale projects and developing strong client relationships
      • Preparing cost plans, feasibility studies, tender documents, and contract advice
      • Managing tender processes, analysing returns, and advising on procurement routes
      • Providing post-contract cost control and negotiating final accounts
      • Mentoring and supporting junior team members

      About You

You’ll be a proactive, client-focused professional who thrives on delivering quality results and building strong relationships.

      Requirements:

      • Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar RICS-accredited course
      • MRICS qualification
      • Proven experience on complex, high-value projects
      • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
      • Excellent communication and organisational ability

      Why Apply?

This is a chance to join a progressive consultancy with genuine opportunities for growth, development, and career advancement. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that values excellence, innovation, and integrity — while working on projects that make a lasting impact on the built environment.
