Seddon, Torus table plans for St Helens affordable homes

A mixture of 63 apartments and houses, including two bungalows, is proposed on a 4.5-acre site off Evelyn Avenue east of the town centre.
Seddon Construction will build the 100% affordable St Helens scheme for Torus62, which is a registered provider.
Designed by JDA Architects, the project proposes eight apartments and 55 houses, including two bungalows, with between one and four bedrooms on the former Parr High School site.
All 63 homes will be available for affordable rent and will account for more than 50% of St Helens’ annual affordable housing need.
