Pagabo reveals suppliers for £35bn frameworks
Capital&Centric, Igloo Regeneration, and Placefirst all won spots on the £26bn National Framework for Developer-Led Schemes, while Morgan Sindall, Glencar, and John Sisk & Son were among those appointed to both the £5bn National Frameworks for Major Works and £4.3bn National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, and Enabling Works.
Pagabo’s frameworks were developed as part of its partnership with YPO. Each is valid for four years and aimed for use by the public sector.
Of the three announced this month, perhaps the highest profile is the National Framework for Developer-Led Schemes. This had been the first of its kind for years, until Procure Partnerships revealed its own £12bn developer framework earlier this year.
Still, the Pagabo framework is widely established. It includes lots for development consultants and legal providers, as well as developers.
There were 52 suppliers across seven lots appointed to this framework, with ION, Henry Boot Developments, and Place Capital Group among them. You can see a full list of suppliers at the bottom of this article.
Pagabo development director Jonathan Parker said: “Our developer-led procurement solution is a unique market leading delivering vehicle capable of bringing client ambitions to fruition and changing the landscape of our built environment, which has also successfully driven forward the regeneration sector in recent years.
“Delivering projects worth £10.7bn in gross development value and more than 36,000 new homes, while overcoming prominent challenges such as viability and risk, we’ve built on the first version of the framework and remain confident that those appointed to this next generation version will be well positioned to ensure continuous quality, value for money, collaboration and impactful social value.
“We’re now offering a full turnkey solution that the public sector has been crying out for.”
The National Frameworks for Major Works featured 56 suppliers across five lots with values of between £5m to £60m+. Robertson Construction Group, Willmott Dixon, and VINCI were among those named to this framework – you can see the full list of appointed suppliers at the bottom of this article.
David Llewellyn, construction and infrastructure director at Pagabo, described the framework as having a “successful and recognisable legacy”.
“Through our role as framework manager, we will help clients procure confidently and compliantly, with efficiency and powerful insights offered by purpose-built digital systems,” he added.
“Meanwhile, as people have come to expect from our frameworks, the public sector will be only moments away from an impressive collection of leading contractors vying for new contracts.”
The National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, and Enabling Works includes 111 suppliers appointed across 13 lots that tackle projects in highways, rail, aviation, energy, demolition, remediation, rail, defence, sustainability, and more.
Among those appointed were Eric Wright, P.P. O’Connor, Galliford Try, and Story Contracting. Graham Construction, which was chosen as the collaborative partner for delivery for England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland within the framework. See the full list of appointed firms.
