NHS takes 45,000 sq ft in Warrington

Bridgewater Community NHS Foundation Trust has taken a 15-year lease on the space at Gemini Business Park in Warrington.

The unit, owned by Greenstone Sovereign, has been fully refurbished and the move will see the Trust consolidating a number of its clinical services into one building.

Fronting Europa Boulevard, the two-storey building includes a warehouse along with a two-storey office block. B8 Real Estate and Azure Property Consultants are the joint agents for the building, while the Trust represented itself on the deal.

Paul Thorne of B8 Real Estate said: “The unique nature of the unit together with its prominent location within the established Gemini Business Park enabled us to secure such a well-known occupier. The relatively short void period and rental level achieved further reflects the strength of the Warrington property market.”
