Peel appoints agents for logistics site

Cushman & Wakefield and JLL have been named as the joint letting agents for Knowsley 700, a Peel Logistics project in the borough's business park.

The 45-acre brownfield site will be able to provide design-and-build units of over 700,000 sq ft. The site is close to the M57 motorway, Knowsley Rail Freight Terminal and the Port of Liverpool.

Jason Print, partner at Cushman & Wakefield, said: "The strategic location of this site in a proven distribution area with excellent communication links and an 8Mva power supply means that it is well placed to satisfy both logistics and manufacturer's demand from local, regional and national occupiers.
