Newmark, theleisureway to highlight Blackpool at MIPIM

Held in Cannes starting on 9 March, MIPIM brings together 20,000 property professionals from around the world. Last year’s attendees included representatives from the world’s largest real estate investors and sovereign wealth funds, who collectively manage more than €4tn in assets.
Newmark and theleisureway are partnering with Blackpool Council to craft a new vision for its transformative Blackpool Central project, a regeneration scheme with ambitions to bring a new world-class leisure offer to the historic holiday destination.
All three groups – Newmark, theleisureway, and Blackpool Council – will be in attendance at MIPIM as part of the North of England delegation led by Place.

Helping accomplish that mission will be Place North, which will host a Great Minds session with Newmark, theleisureway, and Blackpool Council focusing on leisure-led regeneration. This dynamic discussion will be held at the North of England Suite from 3pm to 4pm on Wednesday 11 March.
