Schneider Electric agrees 18,600 sq ft Warrington deal 

The French Fortune 500 firm has signed a lease for two floors at Birchwood Property Group’s 210 Birchwood Boulevard.

Currently based at Europa House a short distance away, €40bn-turnover Schneider Electric will occupy 18,555 sq ft across the ground and first floors at the recently refurbished building, which was previously called Pacific House.

Till Asset Management has overseen the 33,200 sq ft building’s £3m refurbishment on behalf of Birchwood Property Group following the departure of previous tenant Avios.

The refurb brought 210 Birchwood Boulevard’s EPC rating up to an A and the building also features communal meeting rooms, a gym, and EV charging.

Schneider Electric was advised by CBRE and Edwards Property Consultants acted for Till Asset Management.

The 11,000 sq ft second floor remains available.

OBI Property and Edwards are the retained joint letting agents for 210 Birchwood Boulevard.
