Property professionals gathered at Manchester Hall on Thursday for an afternoon of networking and engaging discussions around what Andy Burnham’s looming prime ministerial promotion might mean for the North, the wider economic picture’s impact on property development, and good growth.

Speakers for the day included Tom Stannard, chief executive of Manchester City Council; Hugh Frost, founder of Beetham Davos; and Katie Saunders, partner and co-head of Trowers and Hamlins’ Manchester office. The discussion followed the Chatham House Rule.

The event was sponsored by A+B Engineering, Lexington and Trowers & Hamlins.
