Leisure consultancy Fleurets acquired by G+S

The 200-year-old outfit, best known for marketing pubs and hotels, has joined the expanding Graham + Sibbald stable.

Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Fleurets aims to bolster its own hospitality and leisure team. Following the deal, the firm now employs 400 staff across 25 locations, including Fleurets offices in Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds.

The Fleurets deal is not G+S’s first acquisition. It follows an equity injection into the business from global investment manager Foresight Group last year.

The investment helped pay for the acquisitions of JMP Construction and Property Consultants and its sister company SID Asset Management earlier this year, and Aitchison Raffety in September 2025.

As for Fleurets, the 200-year-old brand will remain in the short term before disappearing as the firm is absorbed by G+S.

Les McAndrew, chief executive at Graham + Sibbald, said: “Fleurets brings with it an invaluable 200-year history of expertise, trust and solid relationships in a key growth sector for our business. While Graham + Sibbald has an established presence in hospitality and leisure, our combined offer will enhance this with more specialist consultants in key locations across England. We look forward to welcoming our new colleagues from Fleurets into the fold.”

Paul Hardwick, managing director at Fleurets, added: “We are incredibly excited to be joining G+S, a company whose culture is aligned with Fleurets’.

“The board of Fleurets see huge opportunity for significant growth in the hotel and leisure sectors and the combined strength of the two companies and the additional service lines that we can offer our clients will be invaluable.
