Northern Quarter aparthotel on the market for £15m
Super City Aparthotels has instructed Colliers to find a buyer for its 68-unit scheme on Manchester’s Church Street.
The aparthotel in Manchester’s Northern Quarter offers a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom accommodation.
It was developed in 2008 after plans for a 155-apartment scheme on the site were approved. Known as Lighthouse, the building has operated with aparthotel units on the upper floors and residential units on the lower levels since completion.
Colliers is seeking offers in excess of £15m for the asset.
The proposed sale comes in response to “continued investor appetite for high-quality, income-producing hospitality assets in strong regional city locations”, according to Colliers.
