Eddisons auction next week
Guide prices for residential property start at £15,000 at Eddisons' North West property auction in Manchester on 9 April.
The two-bedroom mid-terrace house on Coal Clough Lane in Burnley is currently vacant and requires refurbishment.
Other lots include the site of the former Hallbottom Gate Inn in Talbot Road in Hyde. The freehold site has full planning consent for two semi-detached and three mews properties. The guide price is £170,000 upwards.
Meanwhile, the vacant former Langtree garage site in Wigan which includes petrol station, workshops and showrooms has a guide price of £275,000. The site is currently secured in preparation for redevelopment.
Elsewhere, a major industrial property on Kingsland Grange in Birchwood which extends to 29,355 sq ft on a site of 1.5 acres, has a guide price of just £10,000. Potential buyers are advised however that an annual ground rent of £25,250 is payable.
In Kendal, Cumbria, three town centre retail units generating annual rental income of £20,000 are also going under the hammer. The units on Dowkers Lane are being offered on the instructions of the administrator at a guide price of £170,000.
