Cheshire Oaks offices fill up

Argent Energy has signed for 10,500 sq ft in Aldford House at Cheshire Oaks Business Park, taking the site to fully occupied.

Consultancy Legat Owen advised on the deal. Argent supplies biodiesel from its three plants in Motherwell, Amsterdam and at Stanlow.

Argent was already working from space on the first floor, and will now expand into the whole building, having agreed a new ten-year lease with landlord Eric Wright Group.

Will Sadler, director in office agency at Legat Owen, said: “With the excellent transport links and amenities right on the doorstep, it’s not surprising that space at Cheshire Oaks is in demand. It’s been great to see Argent Energy thrive at Aldford House, and we are pleased to support them in furthering their commitment to the area.”

Other occupiers at the park include Elan Homes, the NHS, accountancy Morris & Co, Wordline, Barbour ABI and Legal Marketing Services.

“It’s an ideal location, and just a stone’s throw away from our biodiesel plant in Stanlow, Ellesmere Port.”
