Avove expands with Warrington office deal
The infrastructure services company has taken 5,000 sq ft with Hurstwood Holdings at Europa Boulevard, continuing on a path that has seen it grow to 20 locations.
Avove said that it has doubled its turnover over the last two years. Now operating from more than 20 offices, hubs and depots across the UK, the firm said this latest addition will further enhance its national presence, allowing the company to build on recent momentum and continue delivering essential support to clients in water, wastewater and vegetation management sectors.
The firm is headquartered at Buckshaw Village, Chorley.
Following a recent refurbishment, the 310 Europa Boulevard building boasts an ECP rating of A. Hurstwood bought the building, at Gemini Business Park, in January 2023
