Ticketmaster tipped for Sevendale House

Ticketmaster is in advanced talks to take 25,000 sq ft at Sevendale House in Manchester's Northern Quarter.

The ticket sales and distribution company is understood to have looked at space in Churchgate House in Oxford Street and Express Building in Great Ancoats Street.

Ticketmaster is currently based in Griffin House in Lever Street.

The 120,000 sq ft Sevendale House on Dale Street is owned by Philip J Davies Holdings, and is undergoing a speculative £6m refurbishment which is near to completion. Buttress is the architect on the scheme.

Ticketmaster is advised by Glinsman Weller. Daniel Harris & Co and OBI Property act for the landlord.
