GIA and PNW join forces
For the last decade, GIA’s Manchester office has been providing developers with daylight analysis, site surveys, and advice on wind impact on some of the largest developments in the region, including the Deansgate Square skyscraper cluster in Manchester.
To mark its 10th anniversary, the business has partnered with Place North West as sole sponsor of the Manchester Summer Social.
Michael Beatty, director and head of GIA in Manchester, said: “Turning 10 is the perfect excuse to throw a party and who better to do it with than our friends at Place North West?
“Instead of going head-to-head, we thought why not join forces and double the fun? We’re both deeply committed to supporting and unlocking the potential of Manchester and the North, so this is more than a celebration – it’s a chance to bring great people together, build connections, and raise a glass to the next chapter.”
Dino Moutsopoulos, managing partner at Place North, said: “Being able to deliver the Place North West Manchester Summer Social with GIA as part of their 10-year Manchester anniversary is particularly pleasing for me.
“I remember when Sam Wallis set up the business in the city and the effort he put in. You can now see the reward with GIA being one of the most revered firms in its field.
“Congratulations to Sam and the whole team at GIA on building a fantastic offering. We are all looking forward to celebrating together on the 11th July.”
