Simon Carves makes Manchester move

The technology and engineering services provider has signed for 7,000 sq ft at Manchester International Office Centre, close to the airport.

Simon Carves, part of US-based ECI Group, has relocated to Till Asset Management’s Styal Road complex from 4,400 sq ft of Regus-managed space on Aviator Way, a short distance away.

“We’ve seen a significant increase in demand recently, resulting in strong organic performance,” said Joaquin Flores, president of ECI Group.

“We needed to find a space that can accommodate that growth. MIOC is one of those buildings that provides adaptable accommodation, alongside excellent amenity for our staff.”

Till Asset Management has just completed a £400,000 refurbishment of the 100,000 sq ft complex.

Colliers acted for Simon Carves and Edwards & Co for MIOC.
