Prospect wins consent for Skelmersdale offices

Warrington-based Prospect (GB) has secured outline planning permission for 91,400 sq ft of offices on a three-acre site in Whitemoss, Skelmersdale.

Prospect will not be speculatively building the offices but instead plans to reserve the site for prelet tenants.

Whitemoss is located just off Junction 4 of the M58.

Prospect is part of the Liverpool-based Riverside Group, better known as one of the country's largest housing associations.

Knight Frank was appointed as letting agent.
