The 10th anniversary edition of the property industry’s favourite social was a high energy affair that saw guests dancing to a spectacular set from Hacienda DJ Graeme Park until the wee hours.

Hundreds of property and development professionals from across the North, including some built environment royalty, took over Manchester’s Kimpton Clocktower hotel last Thursday for Place Party.

Sponsored by Curtins, Kuits Solicitors, GIA, and HFL Building Solutions, the event attracted both Place Party veterans and first-timers to celebrate with old friends and meet new ones at a shindig that embodied the spirit of the occasion, which has built up over the last decade.

Place’s very own Paul Unger took to the stage to thank the sponsors and the packed room for making Place Party the sector’s most eagerly anticipated social for the last 10 years.

Guests enjoyed an arrival drinks reception, followed by a three-course meal, before putting the ‘play’ into Place Party by facing off against each other at Scalextric and shuffleboard.

After that, it was off to the dancefloor for the musical stylings of Back Chat Brass and Graeme Park until the early hours.
