Persimmon progresses 450-home Wirral proposal
The listed housebuilder is drafting plans to redevelop the 60-acre Vineyard Farm in Bebington.
Persimmon Homes is working with planning consultant Asteer Planning to draw up outline proposals for the site, which envision the construction of 450 houses.
The site is located south of Bebington and east of Poulton Road. Poulton Hall, a 17th-century country house, is located outside of the application boundary to the south.
Access to the development would be taken from Poulton Road and Wolfrick Drive.
It is anticipated that work could begin in 2028 and complete in 2036, according to an EIA scoping report prepared by Asteer.
As well as Asteer, Prime Transport Planning, Iceni, Tyler Grange, Redmore Environmental, and Lanpro are advising Persimmon.
