Pearl Together plots 129 Nelson homes
The joint venture between Pendle Council and Barnfield Investment Properties is seeking to deliver a mixture of large and small homes on the vacant plot off Bamford Street.
One Design Architects designed the scheme to create the 129 homes in Nelson, which would include a total of 26 affordable houses.
Pearl Together’s plans for the 25-acre site feature 46 two-, 78 three, and five four-bed properties.
Each property would have a private drive. Two- and three-bed homes would have two parking spaces each, while four-bed houses will have three.
One electric vehicle charging bay and two cycle spaces would also be provided for each house.
Axis is the scheme’s transport consultant. Adept is the civil and structural engineer.
