St Modwen to create 150,000 sq ft Think Money campus

Financial products group Think Money has agreed a 150,000 sq ft pre-let with St Modwen to move into a new purpose-built office campus on Mosley Road, Trafford Park.

Initially three buildings will be constructed on the 10-acre site for occupation totalling 125,000 sq ft.

Simon Kay, finance director from Think Money, said: "Think Money is currently split over a number of buildings in the Salford Quays area. This new development will enable us to bring all our staff together on one purpose built site. It will also give us room to accommodate our future growth plans."

Marshall has been appointed as the contractor to design and build the scheme on behalf of Think Money. Construction has started and the Think Money business expects to start to move in during late 2013.
