Copperleaf awarded £1.3m Spinningfields fit-out contract

GB Building Solutions has awarded the Copperleaf Group a £1.3m contract to provide the fit-out of Peel Court within the £1.5bn Spinningfields development in Manchester city centre.
Copperleaf, based in Tytherington in Macclesfield, will be responsible for the initial construction fit-out including ceilings, flooring, internal walls, joinery and decoration.
The building is being renamed Vantage Point and is scheduled to be completed by the summer this year.
Spinningfields, located off Hardman Street, consists of 50,000 sq ft of grade A office space across ten floors.
