Place North West caught up with property lender Together’s Elliot Vure at MIPIM, where he highlighted how developers and entrepreneurs can make the most of market potential.
Vure is director of corporate sales at the financial institution, which is based in Manchester and is celebrating 50 years of lending this year.
Major opportunities include brownfield sites and office-to-resi conversions, says Vure. He also highlights findings from a report recently commissioned by Together, conducted by Censuswide, examining the outlook of the commercial property market.
The report forecasts that commercial property lending is due to swell from £90bn in 2023 to £118bn in 2028. It also shows 23% of respondents will diversify portfolios this year to mitigate falling yields and revenues.
