Place’s 40th and final event of the year brought together the region’s property sector once more for an evening of festive food and Christmas cocktails in Manchester.

Place North West’s Christmas Social took place last Thursday at Store Street Exchange and played host to the likes of Hawkins\Brown, Napthens, SimpsonHaugh, and WSP.

The event was sponsored by Freeths and LK Group.

Guests were greeted with a Yuletide spiced cocktail and spent the evening catching up with old friends and making new connections.

A steady stream of canapés , including a knockout crispy potato and steak number, kept everyone full of festive cheer as the night wore on.

The event provided the perfect opportunity to reflect on successes and learnings from 2025 and look ahead to what is coming down the track in 2026.
