Full house at Dukinfield estate

A 32,000 sq ft letting to Ego Shoes and a 19,500 sq ft expansion deal for textiles firm Turner Bianca have taken Paloma Capital’s Globe Industrial Park to fully let.

Paloma was represented jointly by Savills and Littler & Associates on the deals at the Tameside holding.

Ego Shoes agreed a 10-year lease on Unit 5B of the scheme, while Turner Bianca has signed for additional space at Unit 17 on a five-year lease on behalf of a retailer client.

Globe Industrial Park comprises a total of 560,000 sq ft across 30 acres, Globe Industrial Park is strategically located to the East of Manchester with excellent links to the motorway network.

Jonathan Williams, associate in the industrial team at Savills Manchester, said: “Offering high quality, refurbished warehousing space in a sought after location, Globe Industrial Park has been a desirable location for acquisitive occupiers.

“We continue to see high levels of demand from growing retailers seeking to increase their logistics capabilities and we’re pleased to have taken the scheme to being fully let on behalf of our client.”
